Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and execution of technology, systems, and digital initiatives
Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking
Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate when appropriate
Support iterative delivery activities, including sprint planning support and release coordination
Assist with resource coordination and budget tracking
Coordinate communication across technical teams, business partners, and leadership
Prepare project updates, status reports, and summaries for various audiences
Support alignment on scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations
Maintain organized project records within designated systems and repositories
Ensure documentation is current, consistent, and accessible
Support change management activities, including tracking updates and decisions
Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and delivery processes
Support adoption of standardized tools, templates, and workflows
Stay current on project management practices, tools, and delivery methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management
Experience supporting technology projects, system implementations, or digital initiatives
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Experience using project management software such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Preferred
Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent)
