Responsibilities
Designs, implements, and maintains moderately complex databases
Maintains database dictionaries and integration of systems through database design
Administer and test computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems
Coordinate changes to computer databases
May plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience collectively with the following: Database administration, Implementing data policies, procedures, and standards, Planning and development of an organization's enterprise data model, Resolving data conflicts, Managing data repositories
Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related field
In absence of degree, additional years of experience may be substituted for educational requirements
5+ years of experience with 3+ years of related technical specialized experience and a Bachelor's degree
