Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service when greeting guests at the front desk
Answering phones (multi-lines)
Assisting callers
Taking and distributing messages
Providing office and administrative support to the staff with tasks including, but not limited to: data entry, assisting with information databases and distribution lists, mailings, and distributing instructions via email
Assisting with stocking and taking inventory of office supplies, kitchen items, etc
Responsible for light housekeeping of common areas, including but not limited to, assisting with keeping a neat and clean office lobby, work room, and kitchen area
Clerical support for special projects and events

Required

Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student
Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester
In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal)
Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents
