Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end deployment of Flexera One IT Visibility and the Technology Intelligence Platform
Configure and troubleshoot inventory beacons and discovery agents across hybrid environments (On-prem, AWS/Azure/GCP, and SaaS)
Design and maintain the ServiceNow/Flexera integration to enrich the CMDB
Quickly adopt and apply Flexera One technical knowledge to coordinate requirements for direct and indirect connections (SaaS APIs, Cloud connectors, etc.)
Manage the data normalization process to ensure raw data from discovery tools is accurately mapped
Qualification
Required
Lead end-to-end deployment of Flexera One IT Visibility and the Technology Intelligence Platform
Configure and troubleshoot inventory beacons and discovery agents across hybrid environments (On-prem, AWS/Azure/GCP, and SaaS)
Design and maintain the ServiceNow/Flexera integration to enrich the CMDB
Quickly adopt and apply Flexera One technical knowledge to coordinate requirements for direct and indirect connections (SaaS APIs, Cloud connectors, etc.)
Manage the data normalization process to ensure raw data from discovery tools is accurately mapped
Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell/Bash, and Python (or JavaScript) for custom automation scripts
Deep hands-on experience with Flexera One IT Visibility and Technology Intelligence Platform
Experience with Microsoft and Linux server administration
