InternWestwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Architecture Intern to join their Landscape team in Baton Rouge, LA. The intern will perform entry-level design tasks, project coordination, and assist in various Landscape Architecture responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Landscape Architect.

Responsibilities
Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Work with project teams to modify documents and drawings with detailed instructions regarding tasks and expected results
Assist in generating project deliverables, including renderings (hand-drawn and computer generated), plans, policy documents and reports
Use knowledge of the general concepts of landscape and site planning design including site analysis, project theming, schematic design and design development
Participates in weekly team meetings and collaborates with project managers and other team members
Assist in generating project deliverables, including renderings (hand-drawn and computer generated), plans, policy documents and reports
Prepare and coordinate activities on assigned projects, including coordination with other technical disciplines; and
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently a college student working to obtain a professional degree from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
Work with project teams to modify documents and drawings with detailed instructions regarding tasks and expected results
Assist in generating project deliverables, including renderings (hand-drawn and computer generated), plans, policy documents and reports
Use knowledge of the general concepts of landscape and site planning design including site analysis, project theming, schematic design and design development
