Experience with Real Estate Tax Preparation and Compliance requirements
Proficiency with Real Estate accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is a plus
4+ years of experience in accounting in real estate or investment management firms is a must
