ComStruct Sales LLC is a growing manufacturers’ representative firm serving the commercial roofing market. They are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage key inside sales, marketing, and administrative activities to support sales growth.

Responsibilities

Help develop and execute marketing initiatives that ensure consistent, targeted communication
Create messaging tailored to architects, building owners, commercial roofing contractors, and distributors
Support email marketing, event promotion, and basic social media efforts
Support the outside sales team with the quoting process, including:
Distributing pricing information
Obtaining contractor and distributor feedback
Managing quote logs to track effectiveness and outcomes
Work with the sales team to get information, samples, and other materials to contractors, distributors, and architects
Schedule appointments and help drive bidding opportunities with targeted architects and consultants
Assist with general administrative tasks that keep the team organized and efficient

Required

Ability to work an average of 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Preference for time spent in the Schaumburg office, with partial remote work possible
Prior experience in inside sales, marketing, and/or administrative support preferred
Positive, personable, and team-oriented attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with new contacts by phone
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Self-motivated problem solver who looks for ways to improve processes and results

Preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus
