Responsibilities
Create full store design drawing packages (plans, elevations, fixtures, finishes)
Apply brand standards while adapting to site, landlord, and code requirements
Review kickoff documents (TDCs, surveys, work letters, codes)
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors
Ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery of design documents
Review shop drawings and support DD through construction
Assist with design decks, visuals, and presentations
Proactively identify and communicate risks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
3+ years of retail store design/documentation experience
Strong AutoCAD & Bluebeam skills; MS Office proficiency
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Knowledge of retail construction, millwork, lighting, basic MEP, ADA & codes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
REVIT and 3D modeling/visualization experience
Experience with large, multi-brand retail rollouts
Familiarity with standardized CAD/REVIT libraries and drawing protocols
