ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (CSM)

Responsibilities
Facilitate customer workshops to establish functional business challenges, design business processes, or elicit the functional needs of the customer
Produce, present, and advise findings and recommendations to customers
Supports the overall business/projectbusiness / project plan by contributing to the analysis of project deliverables; Problem analysis, and resolution at functional and strategic level
Defines objectives of an assignment for other team members
Lead and delegate to solve problems
Ensure alignment of client and project team expectations
Provide strategic impact and/or advice on engagements within the domain of expertise; act as technical product and solution advocate
Evaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations
Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes
Design and develop extensions to the ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards CMDB, SACM, and other modules
Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases, product upgrades, and new technology deployments
Review and refine designs for usability, review testing scenarios, and refine test cases to ensure application quality; Work with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results
Provide Quality Assurance of deliverables and methodology; Ensure consistency of experience, approach, and deliverables
Facilitates UAT sessions and UAT material creation
Plan, develop and deliver client training
Perform and participate in product roadmap planning
Qualification
Required
Recognized as subject matter expert within a specific business function
Highly specialized skill set
Influences best practices within the discipline
Conducts increasingly complex and vital work, unsupervised and with complete latitude for independent judgment
Knowledge and understanding of essential aspects and best practices across various processes in operational and business management related to that domain of expertise
Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
Experience with leading geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
Interact cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across the organization and collaborate well with other groups, voluntarily shares information
3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
5+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant
7+ years of business functional experience within your domain of expertise
7+ years of professional IT experience
