Responsibilities
Lead the build of GenAI agents using LangChain/LlamaIndex for "Root Cause Analysis" and "SOP Generation"
Operationalize the fine-tuning of RAG models using the datasets curated by the Data Engineer
Guide the developers on code quality, architecture, and MLOps best practices
Coach the team in self-organization and remove blockers that hinder progress
Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
Manage the burn-down charts and ensure resource mapping aligns with the delivery roadmap
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data
Agile Mastery: Deep knowledge of Scrum framework (PSM certification preferred) and 'Servant Leadership'
AI Frameworks: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and scikit-learn
NLP Expertise: Strong grasp of NLP techniques (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers) for processing unstructured text

Advanced Agile Certifications: Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or CSP-SM
GenAI Orchestration: Deep experience with LangGraph or similar agentic workflows
