Sr Program Manager, Fleet Innovation, Global Fleet & Products
Amazon is seeking a motivated Senior Program Manager to join their Fleet Operations and Capacity Management team. This role involves managing end-to-end variable fleet capacity supply and execution during high-volume events, ensuring optimal vehicle allocation and driving data-based decisions to enhance fleet utilization and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Manage rental supply from Preferred Rental Providers (PRPs) through the Amazon Direct Rental (ADR) product
Ensure optimal allocation of vehicles to Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) at the right place and time
Lead High Volume Event (HVE) Tiger Team initiatives to secure accurate rental capacity during peak seasons
Develop and implement year-round strategies to optimize variable fleet operations
Drive data-based decisions to improve fleet utilization and operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and meet delivery capacity needs
Identify and implement process improvements to increase acceptance rates at station and DSP levels
Serve as the escalation point for DSP-related issues concerning Amazon Direct Rental vehicles
Champion innovation initiatives to enhance fleet technology integration and operational excellence
Partner with technology teams to implement scalable solutions for fleet management
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
Experience leading process improvements
Preferred
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
Experience working with technology teams and solving operational issues using technology
Experience managing external vendors, distributors, partners or learning providers
Experience in transportation operations and industry knowledge
Background in last-mile delivery operations or experience working with Delivery Service Partner teams
