The intern will drive growth by identifying new municipal clients and developing marketing materials, while also managing social media and outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities
Identify new municipal clients
Develop marketing materials showcasing our LA County pilot
Build partnerships that expand our impact to more communities
Research and qualify potential municipal clients across the country
Create case studies and success stories from our LA County deployment
Manage our social media presence and content strategy
Develop outreach campaigns to break into new customer segments beyond traditional waste management
Support the LA County pilot launch by creating materials that demonstrate real-world impact
Explore partnership opportunities with waste haulers, environmental nonprofits, and civic tech organizations
Build systems for tracking leads and managing our customer pipeline
Qualification
Required
Sophomore through graduate students from any academic background with strong research, writing, and communication skills
Interest in civic technology, urban policy, or social impact ventures is essential
You should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and excited about building something for the public good
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems, grant writing, or business development research is preferred but not required
