Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing growth strategies for new business
Plan and manage relationships with key field organizations
Lead field‑related quality assurance measures and compliance procedures
Serve as a liaison with home office leaders on marketing and sales matters
Plan and implement field communications, marketing initiatives, and sales projects (product development, training curricula, etc.)
Maintain strong relationships with field management and agents
Coordinate with other departments regarding sales administration and marketing needs
Provide support to field management and deliver business solutions as needed
Conduct all business ethically and in compliance with company policies, regulations, and the Compliance Program
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
Experience in life insurance sales management
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
