Responsibilities
Daily email production from idea to publish for an audience of active traders
A forward-planned email content calendar with the ability to pivot quickly when markets or industry events demand it
Ongoing idea generation across multiple themes and angles
Consistent structure, pacing, and tone that preserves the existing TakeProfitTrader voice
First-draft execution that prioritizes clarity, credibility, and speed
Write and ship high-quality daily emails on a reliable schedule
Plan and maintain a rotating email framework (themes, formats, recurring concepts) to prevent repetition and fatigue
Identify timely, relevant moments where the email calendar should be adjusted or overridden
Collaborate closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic direction
Iterate on copy based on feedback, performance signals, and business context
Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant copy that avoids hype, exaggeration, or 'too good to be true' language
Support additional copy needs (landing pages, paid ads, promotions) as capacity allows once email ownership is fully established
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting experience with a strong emphasis on email
Proven ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-aware copy without hype
Experience planning and managing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters
Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern copy workflow (without sounding like AI)
Familiarity with email best practices (subject lines, CTAs, cadence, deliverability)
Preferred
Is a senior copywriter with strong email experience and excellent judgment
Is comfortable operating within an established voice (and evolving it carefully over time)
Is naturally curious and always collecting email ideas and angles
Remains calm under time pressure and comfortable shipping daily
Is coachable, receptive to feedback, and quick to apply it
Is organized and deadline-driven, with high personal standards
Enjoys being accountable for a channel, not just individual pieces of copy
