Field Service Technician - TORONTO, CANADA
Harpak-ULMA Packaging is seeking a Field Service Technician who will travel extensively to troubleshoot and repair high-tech packaging machines. The role involves providing both on-site and remote support, engaging with customers to ensure optimal machine operation, and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose and resolve mechanical/electrical issues on high-tech packaging machines
Install & Maintain – Set up, calibrate, and optimize equipment at customer locations
Remote & On-Site Support – Provide expert assistance both in person and via cutting-edge remote support technology
Customer Engagement – Deliver top-tier service while training customers on proper machine operation
Team Collaboration – Work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and service managers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges
Strong communication skills and a 'Can Do' attitude
Willingness to travel extensively (70-85%) and adapt to changing schedules
Willing to undergo comprehensive training, including online, in-house, and shadowing senior FSTs
