Creative Production Leadership: Lead the production of Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand strategy for effective Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC). Key responsibilities include:
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Communicology, Marketing, or Mass Communication
Minimum 12 years of related experience in creative marketing management or a similar field with proven experience in creative production leadership and campaign execution strategy
Strong understanding of ATL and BTL marketing principles and their application in IMC
Creative visionary with a hands-on approach to execution, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with internal teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and creative quality
Preferred
Certifications such as Digital/Social/Web Marketing, IMC Strategy, Marketing PR, or Media Strategy
