Responsibilities
You will complete correspondence and documents, take minutes at assigned meetings, organizing work to complete duties effectively and efficiently
Organize and set up for meetings and other functions. Assist other HCA committees and groups for on-site meeting functions as necessary
You will maintain departmental records, files and charts to meet regulatory standards and hospital policy
Collect/audit statistical data daily/monthly for designated areas. Provides daily/monthly reports as requested
Maintain calendars, set appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for Chief Operating Officer and other Senior Executives
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as secretary with computer and word processing skills is required
Preferred
Medical secretary with computer skills preferred
Graduate of a secretarial school with medical terminology and computer course also preferred
