Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, configuration, and integration for the College of Engineering
Conduct extensive requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation
Implement and configure Blackthorn Events, workflows, and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, optimize CRM processes, and improve user adoption
Mentor and guide junior administrators and developers, providing technical leadership
Ensure compliance with ECES development guidelines and enterprise architecture standards
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintain production-level Salesforce solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Salesforce administration/development experience in production environments
Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Developer, or Architect
Expertise with CRM solution design, integration, and reporting
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience implementing Blackthorn Events
Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA)
Experience developing and leading training for end users
Familiarity with Informatica, Platform App Builder, and Design Thinking
Experience in higher education institutions
