This role is dedicated to driving nationwide field efficiency by managing incentive compensation, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to field leadership through analytical insights.

Responsibilities

Commission Administration: Manage the end-to-end calculation and processing of incentive payments for field technicians, sales reps, and service managers
Data Integrity: Audit data from Field Service Management software to ensure work orders, parts usage, and labor hours align with compensation rules
Performance Reporting: Build and maintain reporting that allow field employees to track their earnings and performance in near real-time
Plan Modeling: Perform "What-If" analysis to predict the financial impact of changes to the compensation structure
Field Support: Act as a primary point of contact for the field team regarding incentive compensation, providing clear and empathetic explanations of complex payout logic
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry and calculation steps using SQL, Python, or specialized ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) software

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business or related field (Business Administration, Finance, Business Development Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Education)
3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience manipulating large datasets in a business environment required
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and experience with SQL for data extraction
Analytical Mindset: The ability to spot a 'needle in the haystack' when data doesn't look right
Communication: Ability to translate complex mathematical formulas into plain English for non-technical field staff
Embrace the Adventure: Willing to take risks, try innovative approaches, be adaptable to change, and learn from failures
