Lead Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HOA/CDD and lifestyle sectors
Consultative Selling: Engage with boards, developers, and community leaders to understand needs and craft solutions
Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our value
Market Expansion: Collaborate with leadership on strategic plans for emerging markets
Brand Advocacy: Represent Inframark at industry events, networking forums, and community meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven success in business development preferably in community management or related industries
Strong knowledge of HOA governance, budgeting, and vendor coordination
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with CRM tools and virtual presentation platforms
Skills in Excel are extremely helpful
Preferred
Certifications are helpful: CMCA, AMS, PCAM
