Responsibilities
Maintain a daily log of expedited orders, recording details such as the root cause, responsible parties, and resolution efforts
Identify redundancies and inefficiencies in the current process and propose solutions for a streamlined workflow
Analyze trends in order delays and emergency requests to provide actionable insights to the Supply Chain team
Assess the underutilization of demand planning and forecasting functions in our ERP system and recommend improvements
Work with key stakeholders across departments to develop a sustainable process for handling expedited orders
Support the team in determining the long-term ownership of the expedited order management function within the organization
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
