Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed per schedule
Ensure directed reports are appropriately trained to complete assigned tasks and complete formal written and verbal performance reviews as scheduled
Monitor daily work operations and provides direction to predominantly nonexempt and entry level staff to achieve unit or departmental goals
Interact with internal and external customers, by meeting regularly, responding to requests and explaining procedures
Develop work schedules for department by assessing priorities, workload and available resources
Maintain personnel records (e.g., work schedules, vacation schedules, leaves) and makes or directs modifications in the database to reflect actual change
Develops and/or identifies new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources within the assigned area or related departments; facilitates others participation in the continuous improvement program; investigates and solves basic problems that impact work processes and personnel within a unit or department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree preferred with 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
May be required to attain Controlled Drug Agent status gained by passing the security screening process and training processes depending on department
Must be able to read and understand procedures written in English
