Responsibilities

Execute on the vision for programs provided by the CEO and COO, building a strategy to ensure they meet revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
Evaluate events, products, and sales cycles with a critical lens: What’s working? Where are customers getting stuck?
Leverage trends, real-time events, and market shifts to keep programs relevant and competitive
Partner with Marketing to develop and optimize funnels that attract, convert, and retain members
Shape program messaging and positioning to align with customer needs and buying behaviors
Ensure retention initiatives are embedded into launch, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns
Lead curriculum planning, audits, and updates for current programs and future offerings
Ensure all content is high-quality, accessible, and tied to clear outcomes
Oversee improvements to modules, lessons, resources, and member support systems
Build retention strategies, engagement plans, and communication flows to maximize lifetime value
Analyze member feedback and engagement data to create actionable insights
Partner with the Brand Director on community-wide initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty
Manage Programs Team, setting goals and ensuring accountability. This role has 1 direct report (Customer Success Manager) and shares 2 direct reports (Content Creator and Operations Coordinator) with the Marketing Team
Establish operational workflows, automations, and systems to scale program delivery
Collaborate across departments to ensure programs are integrated with company-wide strategy
Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics
Present insights to leadership, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes
Use data to forecast growth, retention, and resource needs

Required

4+ years of experience building and scaling education, training, or learning programs for adults
Proven track record leading digital programs/products from strategy through execution
Strong working knowledge of personal finance, investing fundamentals, debt strategies, entrepreneurship, and negotiation
Experience teaching or facilitating these topics in workshops, cohorts, online programs, or community-based settings
Comfort addressing financial trauma, confidence gaps, and systemic barriers that disproportionately impact women and marginalized communities
Experience working closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into programs
Strong sales and marketing lens—understanding funnels, conversion drivers, and retention levers
Skilled people manager with experience leading teams and driving accountability
Data-driven decision-maker who can balance customer needs with business goals
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
Applicants must reside in Washington state and hold US work authorization

Strategic program leadership that translates the COO & CEO's vision into scalable, high-impact financial education programs across personal finance, investing, debt, business building, and negotiation
Curriculum design expertise creating culturally responsive, action-driven learning for women and marginalized communities
Confident cohort facilitation & live instruction, creating engaging, psychologically safe learning environments that drive participation, accountability, and real-world behavior change
Platform & operations fluency across Kajabi, Teachable, and cohort-based learning tools
Cross-functional leadership aligning teams and managing facilitators with clarity and accountability
