Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable front-end solutions using Jutro and React
Drive adoption and execution of Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures across projects
Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance user interfaces with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies
Implement advanced caching strategies to enhance application responsiveness
Ensure code quality and maintainability through unit testing (Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks)
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement persona-driven features
Mentor and lead junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices
Work within Agile teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements
Manage version control and CI/CD processes using Git and related tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of professional experience in front-end development and technical leadership roles
Proven experience with Jutro and ReactJS, including leading development teams
Strong expertise in Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture and implementation
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and styling preprocessors like SASS or LESS
Deep understanding of caching mechanisms, performance tuning, and web optimization
Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha
Familiarity with persona management strategies and user segmentation
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems
Preferred
Agile Development Experience Is Preferred
Experience in fast-paced, enterprise-level environments
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
