Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, creative outreach, and internal talent pools
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Coordinators, and the HR Service team to deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through start date
Conduct phone and virtual interviews, assess candidate fit, and provide thoughtful hiring recommendations to hiring managers
Serve as a brand ambassador for SiteOne, representing our culture, values, and opportunities to both active and passive candidates
Build trusted partnerships with field leadership, serving as a talent advisor by sharing hiring strategies, market insights, and talent trends
Contribute to special projects, task forces, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, tools, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of high volume recruiting and candidate sourcing experience
Ability to work independently and do everything with quality and integrity
Ability to effectively manage customers and associated expectations
Ability to prioritize tasks and remain agile when faced with change
A desire to work in a team based environment
Strong motivation with a passion for making our customers successful
Bachelor's or University degree from four-year college or university
Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
