Copywriter
Solomon Page is a specialty niche provider of staffing and executive search solutions, and they are seeking a highly tactical Creative Copywriter to join their team for maternity leave coverage. The Copywriter will be responsible for developing and executing marketing copy that elevates brand storytelling and drives engagement across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
Write, customize, and edit copy throughout the conversion funnel to target consumers across U.S., U.K., and Australian markets
Develop smart, tactical copy quickly while maintaining a strong, consistent brand voice
Strategize narrative and branding approaches for messaging across external marketing channels and internal communications
Write, edit, and proofread copy for: Integrated campaigns, Digital and email marketing, Banner ads and paid media, Social media (heavy emphasis on social content), Direct mail, print collateral, displays, and special projects
Partner closely with art directors, designers, writers, and key stakeholders to deliver fresh, engaging brand storytelling
Apply and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Deliver clearly organized copy decks and documents, including messaging strategy, target audience, objectives, and execution notes
Bring the brand voice to life through thoughtful, energetic copy aligned with established guidelines
Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or editorial roles within advertising or marketing
4+ years of experience writing for integrated campaigns, including short- and long-form copy across digital, social, email, and print
Agency experience required, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
Proven ability to be highly tactical, producing quality copy quickly and efficiently
Previous travel brand experience required (cruise line experience acceptable, excluding Carnival or brands considered significantly smaller than Virgin)
Strong short-form writing skills with a clever, cheeky, and engaging tone
Conceptual thinker who can contribute ideas while also executing at a high volume
A well-rounded portfolio showcasing work across integrated campaigns, digital, social, broadcast/TV, and print
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in the Fort Lauderdale area
