Responsibilities
Act as the primary functional admin for Flexera Asset Management Enterprise
Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a Flexera centric software asset management (SAM) program
Maintain the license database in Flexera, perform complex reconciliations, and ensure the organization is always audit ready. Should have experience generating compliance positions for Tier 1 publishers like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, Vmware, IBM
Use Flexera data to analyze software usage, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on financial ROI
Software Asset Management (SAM) expertise with hands-on experience in Flexera One
Act as the subject matter expert on software licensing for leadership across various departments
Drive automation and best practices to optimize the management of IT assets
Qualification
Required
