Responsibilities

Develop and lead OEM and contract manufacturing partnerships to support specialty/furniture product lines and strengthen long‑term portfolio competitiveness
Define, communicate, and execute portfolio and specialty/furniture category strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market opportunities
Continuously analyze markets, competitors, and emerging trends to anticipate shifts, guide strategic decision‑making, and adjust portfolio direction proactively
Identify unmet customer needs and emerging customer segments, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product and service opportunities
Lead end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, from concept through obsolescence, ensuring rigorous forecasting, pricing alignment, and lifecycle planning
Partner closely with R&D to anticipate future technology and capability needs, shape strategic innovation, and ensure product development aligns with long‑term market direction
Collaborate cross‑functionally, including Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to drive cohesive execution of strategy, evidence generation, customer acquisition/retention, and market expansion
Establish performance standards and evaluate business outcomes, leveraging benchmarks, channel performance data, and KPIs to refine strategy and maximize portfolio impact

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 8 years of related work experience required

Preferred

MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years medical device or marketing experience preferred
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
