HR Business Partner III

Monitors and analyzes various human resource metrics and provides proactive consultation to address potential business issues
Strategically partners with senior leadership to manage complex business issues including legal/employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation/benefits, organizational development/effectiveness matters, and talent acquisition
Effectively serves as a change leader or champion
Manages large projects impacting the enterprise/multiple business units

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5-10 years of experience
Experience in problem solving, consultation and change management within organizations
Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all organizational levels
Ability to monitor and analyze various human resource metrics and provide proactive consultation to address potential business issues
Ability to strategically partner with senior leadership to manage complex business issues including legal/employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation/benefits, organizational development/effectiveness matters, and talent acquisition
Ability to effectively serve as a change leader or champion
Ability to manage large projects impacting the enterprise/multiple business units

Preferred

Master's Degree
Less than 2 years of supervisor experience
PHR certification
Knowledge of data and using that to make changes
