Responsibilities
Performing as a key contributor in the design, development, implementation, and support of the ServiceNow platform
Owning release level estimation for development activities
Taking ownership of complex business requirements and working them to completion
Reviewing opportunities for process enhancements and recommending potential solutions
Ensuring tools are designed and implemented based on industry best practices and in accordance with Choice standards and challenging standards when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
At least 5 years' experience in ServiceNow development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively evaluate information and data to make decisions
Able to work both independently, as well as collaboratively, in achieving results within established timeframes with minimal supervision
