Co-op/Technical Support Analyst (Summer 2026)
Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) is seeking co-op students for their Service Desk, where they will provide essential technical support. Co-ops will be involved in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as rotating through various roles to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Maintenance, configuration, setup and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Providing support for various software products
Staffing the front desk and being the first line of customer contact
Preparing laptops for INPO evaluators going to nuclear plants for site visits and evaluation trips
Maintaining hardware inventory, doing employee set-ups, and handling hardware related issues throughout the building
Making assignments and training new co-ops as Team Leader
Participating in essential company training and informal 'lunch and learn' sessions
Collaborating with the Service Desk team to tackle challenges and escalate customer concerns
Qualification
Required
Pursuing degrees in the computer science or information technology fields
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol test
Ability to obtain unescorted access status
Ability to obtain an export license or authorization in accordance with applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations
