Marketing Account Coordinator
Media Frenzy Global is a B2B tech communications agency that focuses on building impactful brands. The Marketing Account Coordinator will support client accounts, manage project timelines, and execute marketing tasks while collaborating with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day client communication alongside the Lead Client Strategist and founders
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, track action items, and follow up
Maintain clear documentation to ensure alignment and continuity
Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across accounts
Coordinate tasks between leadership, contractors, and vendors
Flag risks, delays, or scope pressure early
Help prioritise work as timelines shift
Create and schedule client social media content using Sprout Social
Build client newsletters within HubSpot templates — sourcing images, drafting copy, designing layouts, and scheduling
Create basic email sequences within HubSpot following strategy and guidance
Build monthly and quarterly client reports focused on insights, not just activity
Support events — logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
Track competitive activity and social mentions
Explore and apply AI tools that streamline reporting, content, and workflows
Support new business initiatives with research and presentation support
Collaborate with the Virtual Assistant as part of the broader FRENZY flywheel
Qualification
Required
2+ years in marketing coordination, account coordination, or agency support roles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfort juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
Canva confidence (or similar tools)
Experience building newsletters and email sequences using templates
Clear written and verbal communication skills
An eye for brand voice and consistency
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn AI tools where they meaningfully improve the work
Curiosity around data and performance
A proactive, team-first mindset with a desire to grow
