Regional Sales Manager, Pacific Norhtwest (Oregon)

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling wireless site solutions products across the Pacific Northwest, managing all sales activities, and developing relationships with key customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Owning and managing all sales activity within the assigned region with a high degree of independence, accountability, and urgency
Acting as a self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, drives customer engagement, and advances deals without close supervision
Developing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 customers, as well as Distribution Partners, A&Es, and General Contractors
Serving as the primary customer contact and coordinating internal resources to support product sales opportunities
Planning and executing regional sales activities through routine customer visits, training sessions, and product updates
Managing ongoing account relationships to achieve assigned product sales goals and regional financial objectives
Executing the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification through product presentation, negotiation, and close
Demonstrating strong technical expertise in assigned product lines and maintaining working knowledge of the broader product portfolio
Understanding customer business models, deployment requirements, and technical needs to recommend appropriate product solutions
Performing revenue forecasting, account planning, and pipeline management to support accurate business planning
Providing daily and weekly summary reporting on customer activity, pipeline status, forecasts, and sales performance

Required

10+ years of relevant experience, which may include account management, sales, business development, customer-facing or carrier-facing engineering, solutions consulting, or a related function within the wireless/network ecosystem
Experience working with wireless/ carrier environments (Tier 1 strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent, self-directed sales professional with strong accountability for results
Proficiency with Office 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Experience using CRM platforms and familiarity with Co-Pilot or AI-enabled productivity tools to support sales execution and reporting
Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and negotiation skills
Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Preferred

Have experience selling or supporting RF/wireless infrastructure products (e.g., antennas, RF components, DAS/RAN-related solutions, site infrastructure)
Bring prior experience influencing stakeholders within carrier organizations (e.g., engineering, deployment, construction, network assurance)
Hold a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent practical experience in wireless/network environments
Are highly disciplined in sales execution, reporting cadence, and pipeline management
