The Cleveland Museum of Art is seeking to hire part-time temporary Visitor Service Associates to assist with upcoming exhibitions. This customer-service oriented role involves processing ticket orders, welcoming customers, and ensuring a great experience for visitors throughout the museum.

Responsibilities

Processing ticket orders and museum memberships in person or by phone through a computerized ticketing system
Welcoming customers as they enter the building
Helping customers navigate to their destination throughout the museum
Overseeing visitors' experience in exhibition spaces
Ensuring visitors have an overall great experience at the CMA
