5+ years expiROW9 INC is seeking an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to support enterprise applications in an Agile environment. This role focuses on gathering requirements, system analysis, process improvement, and acting as a liaison between business, IT, vendors, and users.

Responsibilities
Gather, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements (BRS, RTM)
Facilitate stakeholder and end-user workshops; develop wireframes and process flows
Analyze current systems, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into system solutions and support ROI and cost-benefit analysis
Support Agile delivery, including user stories, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and PO tasks as needed
Review, test, and implement system enhancements, upgrades, configurations, and security
Support system integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-implementation fixes
Extract, analyze, and manage data; create queries, datasets, and automated reports
Develop user documentation, training materials, and system guides
Collaborate with vendors and consultants; support contract renewals and quality reviews
Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables
Provide guidance, training, and support to stakeholders and junior analysts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, MIS, or Economics
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
2+ years of experience configuring, modifying, or enhancing enterprise applications
Strong experience in requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping
Experience working in Agile environments
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with large-scale SaaS, enterprise, or transformation initiatives
IIBA certification
Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Proficiency with collaboration tools (Miro, Mural, Microsoft Whiteboard)
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
Knowledge of enterprise systems and cross-functional processes (finance, HR, procurement)
Strong analytical, process improvement, and change management skills
Technical skills including Excel, SQL, and reporting tools
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
