Responsibilities
Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
Reconcile physical inventory to system records (ERP/WMS)
Document count results and follow established procedures for adjustments
Identify and report patterns of recurring variances
Investigate inventory discrepancies, including missing material, incorrect quantities, and mis located items
Conduct root cause analysis to determine why discrepancies occurred
Collaborate with production, receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to correct records and prevent reoccurrence
Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve accuracy
Ensure all inventory movements are promptly and accurately recorded
Assist with receiving, put away, picking, and staging as needed
Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities during handling
Support audits and physical year-end inventory counts
Maintain inventory logs, variance reports, and cycle count documentation
Monitor negative balances, open transactions, and aging inventory
Report accuracy metrics to management and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
Advanced computer skills include experience with Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent documentation skills
Strong attention to detail
