Handles incoming and outgoing mail processes
Customer service incoming calls and voicemails
Administrative support for leaders in department
Ordering office supplies
Supports the office staff as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of general office experience
Good interpersonal/customer service skills
Basic knowledge of a medical setting
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, and data entry
Sound judgement and quick decision making when presented with patients with needs
