Senior Recruiter (Technology)
Solomon Page is partnering with a small SaaS fintech organization that is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter. The role involves managing full cycle recruiting primarily for technology roles and collaborating closely with hiring managers to shape search strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for primarily technology roles. As the sole recruiter for the organization, you’ll also be responsible for recruiting for other roles such as go-to-market, marketing, finance, administrative, etc
Partner closely with hiring managers and the VP of People to define needs and shape search strategies
Actively source, build, and maintain pipelines for future hiring
Keep stakeholders informed with clear communication on search progress
Maintain an accurate ATS (Rippling)
Coordinate interviews and manage the process end to end
Support onboarding, background checks, and early stage employee experience
Jump in on culture and engagement work as needed
Contribute to operational projects and explore areas you want to grow in
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally from small fintech startup
Strong experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles. Must have strong experience working in a small startup as the sole recruiter
Ability to work in a calm, organized way even when hiring volume increases
Clear communicator who understands how to set expectations with busy stakeholders
Comfort working in an environment that is growing and evolving
Experience with ATS tools, ideally Rippling
Someone who likes keeping things moving and stays proactive without needing handholding
