2026 HR Compliance Intern
Textron GSE is seeking an HR Compliance Intern to support various talent acquisition, development, and employee relations initiatives. The role involves finding top talent, administering leadership programs, and providing guidance on employee relations issues.

Responsibilities
Find and attract top talent, both internally and externally
Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas
Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices
Represent the company at events such as career fairs, information sessions, on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews
Administer the company’s leadership and talent development programs
Assess programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals
Focus on performance management, career development, talent review, leadership development, employee training, high potential development programs and organizational design
Provide counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices
Complete research and due diligence to mitigate risk
Assist and advise management concerning performance improvement and appropriate action
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business or another related field required
3.0 GPA or higher
Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and maintain confidential information
