Technical Recruiter

Nelson Labs is a global leader in microbiological and analytical chemistry testing and advisory services for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. They are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of technical and leadership roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

You will leverage your sourcing skills to find active/passive technical talent such as Senior Scientists, Expert Consultants, Laboratory Operations Managers, leadership roles, and other positions as needed
You will manage the full interviewing and selection process with candidates and hiring managers
Be a thought partner to stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
Act as an advocate for both stakeholders and candidates; establish regular touch points and maintain thorough follow through
You will partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies
You will collaborate with other team members on projects, innovative sourcing strategies and creative cost-effective solutions
You will manage the program database and maintain qualified applicant pools across a variety of disciplines for both current and future searches. Make timely updates in the applicant tracking system
Work on other Talent Acquisition & HR initiatives, as needed

Required

7+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting focused on technical recruitment
Background in agency or in-house recruitment
Proven success in sourcing qualified applicants from online sources such as LinkedIn
Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates, interviewing skills, relationship management, and web-based recruiting tools (linkedin.com, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency
Bachelor's degree, experience may be considered in lieu of degree
