Responsibilities
Work alongside the Mobile Service Coordinator and Parts Department in order to receive work to be completed
Perform requested work as outlined on the repair order, off-site at customer’s location
Perform light maintenance work, recalls as specified, and diagnosis of client’s vehicles
Interact with many different clients daily, and provide excellent customer service
Act as a brand ambassador to help grow the Mobile Service business
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license, without any restrictions
Three years of service technician experience
Ability to interact with many different clients daily, at the highest level of customer satisfaction, with a customer-first mentality
Self-starter that thrives in a solo and fast-paced work environment, completing tasks to a high level of precision
Must be able to drive and maintain company equipment
Preferred
Ford certifications
