Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to prospect and capture new opportunities
Build and nurture long-term client relationships as their primary point of contact
Identify expansion opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions
Create geospatial applications using Esri technologies
Conduct cloud readiness assessments and architect ArcGIS landscapes on AWS/Azure
Design business processes and system architectures aligned with customer goals
Coordinate between clients, delivery teams, and operations for seamless execution
Act as liaison with Esri Technical Account Managers and stakeholders
Manage projects from implementation to go-live and ongoing operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years in solution engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise sales
Proven experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, AWS, and Azure
Strong background in GIS, cloud computing, and enterprise system integration
Excellent communication skills and ability to present across all organizational levels
Bachelor's degree in GIS, business administration, or related field
Ability to travel 25-50%
Preferred
Certifications in Esri, AWS, or Azure
Master's degree in GIS or business administration
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems
Project management certification or Agile experience
