Packaging Engineer Co-op
Hasbro is a company dedicated to entertaining and connecting generations of fans through storytelling and play. They are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Engineer Co-op to support packaging development for their portfolio of toys and games, working on world-class brands like Nerf and Marvel.

Responsibilities
Design packages that consider perceived value, aesthetic appeal, and branding direction throughout the product development cycle
Develop packaging concepts through brainstorms for toys and branding statements
Create 2D and 3D CAD files for cost effective, sustainable, and creative packaging
Create detailed packaging specifications and BOM’s
Prototype fully assembled packaging; including packaging whites and blisters
Exposure to a team environment and fast paced schedules
Qualification
Required
Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student
Co-op assignment can be either a required or optional requirement for graduation
Must be available to work full-time as a co-op from July - December 2026
Creative and conceptual thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail
A brainstorming mind to produce package concepts through sketches and explanations
Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mentality
Openness for improvement through personal goals and constructive feedback
Knowledge of 2D CAD & 3D in ArtiosCAD and SolidWorks
Preferred
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
