Responsibilities
Complete and post monthly schedule for med techs and care staff, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage
Answer employee calls regarding scheduling issues and prepare written correspondence as necessary
Consult with department managers concerning staffing and scheduling needs
Maintain the online scheduling software and note tardies and absences for employee performance appraisals, reporting to the RCC or Arbor Administrator all issues
Work with Human Resources and RCC when scheduling modified work duty employees in accordance with work restrictions and Arete policy
Communicate with RCC to facilitate quality orientation programs and provide each newly hired nursing personnel with an orientation schedule
Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment
Qualification
Required
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in this state
Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
