Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, seeking a Principal Software Developer for their Data Guard team. The role involves defining and developing software solutions to protect customer data for both Cloud and on-premises databases, focusing on the design and debugging of Oracle Data Guard software.

You will take an active role in the definition and implementation of software solutions that protect our customer's data for both Cloud and on-premises databases
You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging Oracle Data Guard software

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience
Proficient in C, C++, kernel and SQL proficiency
Familiar with relational database, operating system, and networking concepts
Firm grasp of concurrent programming theory and practices
Strong software engineering and debugging skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
