Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s commercial strategy, including go-to-market (GTM), pricing, distribution, and revenue models
Build and lead global business development, partnerships, and enterprise sales functions
Establish strategic alliances with exchanges, liquidity providers, custodians, fintech platforms, banks, and institutional partners
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and key growth KPIs; ensure predictable, scalable revenue
Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure market fit, regulatory alignment, and scalable execution
Identify new markets, products, and monetization opportunities across crypto, digital assets, and financial infrastructure
Lead commercial negotiations and complex partnership deals
Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team; implement performance management and incentive structures
Represent the company with investors, strategic partners, and at industry forums
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive leadership in business development, revenue, partnerships, or commercial roles within fintech, crypto, digital assets, payments, trading platforms, or financial services
Demonstrated success building GTM strategy and scaling revenue in high-growth, regulated environments
Strong network across crypto/fintech ecosystems (exchanges, institutions, liquidity providers, funds, infrastructure providers)
Deep understanding of crypto market structure, digital asset products, and regulatory considerations (U.S. and global)
Proven ability to negotiate complex strategic partnerships and enterprise deals
Data-driven operator with strong financial acumen and forecasting discipline
Exceptional executive communication skills; able to influence cross-functional leadership and external stakeholders
Preferred
Experience working with venture-backed or PE-backed growth-stage companies
Experience launching new products or entering new geographies in fintech/crypto
Background in capital markets, prime brokerage, or institutional crypto services
Prior leadership in building global BD or sales organizations
