Machine Learning Engineer

The Machine Learning Engineer role focuses on building and scaling ML pipelines, designing evaluation frameworks, and improving existing models to ensure high-quality AI systems.
Responsibilities
Build and scale ML pipelines that support customer-facing GenAI features
Design and implement evaluation frameworks, logging, and observability for AI systems
Own input/output tracking, feedback loops, and model performance monitoring
Improve and fine-tune existing models over time (not training LLMs from scratch)
Support ETL workflows, embeddings, and vector database integrations
Partner with product and engineering teams to enable AI across the company
Qualification
Required
4–8+ years of experience building ML systems in production
Strong Python-based ML engineering background
Experience with model evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle management
Familiarity with vector databases and embedding-based systems
Comfort working with ambiguous problems and setting standards
Engineering-first mindset with strong system design instincts
Practical GenAI / LLM production experience
Python

Cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar)
