Responsibilities

Lead all product development and engineering initiatives from concept through design, testing, and commercial release
Define technical strategies and development roadmaps aligned with business objectives and HVAC market requirements
Manage structured project governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk mitigation processes to ensure disciplined execution
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and compliant products
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering and product leadership teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, regulatory standards, and quality systems within HVAC or industrial environments
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive leadership capabilities
