Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple hotel properties within TX and NM
Develop and improve existing operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency and productivity
Manage, hire, train, and develop site managers and supporting staff
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Analyze performance data and make recommendations for improvements to increase productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop and implement strategies that support overall company goals
Monitor, evaluate, and report on operational performance, including budgets, revenue, expenses
Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner
Excellent Communication to members of the senior management team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in operations management, preferably in a multi-site environment
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business objectives
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data, think critically, and make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
