Oversee project‑level accounting, including budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking
Monitor project costs and analyze variances against budget
Prepare and review monthly project financial reports
Support project billing, revenue recognition, and contract compliance
Partner with project managers to provide financial insight and guidance
Assist with month‑end close and audit support as it relates to project accounting
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in project or cost accounting
Strong understanding of job costing and financial analysis
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred
Industry experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services
